2. Ordering & Contract

  • When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms we’ve received your order but does not form a contract.
  • A contract is formed once your order is processed and dispatched.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 7 business days, with most sent out the same day when placed before 2pm.
